Vograce Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

By joining the Vograce Affiliate Program, you agree to promote Vograce products using your unique affiliate link and earn commissions based on qualified sales.

Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

2. Commission Structure

Standard Commission (Creator Program)

• 10% commission on new customer orders
• 2% commission on returning customer orders

A “new customer” is defined as a user who:

• has not previously registered an account on Vograce, and
• completes their first order after registering through a valid affiliate referral

A “returning customer” refers to any user who:

• has an existing Vograce account, or
• has previously completed a purchase, regardless of the referral source

Vograce reserves the right to make the final determination of customer status based on internal data, including but not limited to account information, order history, and tracking data.

3. Tracking & Attribution

• Affiliate tracking is based on unique referral links and cookies
• Standard cookie duration: 30 days
• Commissions are attributed to the last valid referral link clicked

Vograce reserves the right to determine final attribution in cases of conflict or suspected abuse.

4. Commission Eligibility

Commissions are only paid on qualified orders, which must meet the following conditions:

• The order is completed and successfully paid
• The order is not canceled, refunded, or charged back
• The order is not identified as fraudulent or abusive

5. Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals (placing orders through your own affiliate link)
• Creating fake or duplicate accounts to generate commissions
• Misleading promotions or false claims about Vograce products
• Unauthorized use of Vograce branding or impersonation
• Coupon/deal site listings without prior approval

Any violation may result in:

• Commission reversal
• Account suspension or termination

6. Payments

• Commissions are calculated based on net order value (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts)
• Payments are issued periodically (based on platform terms)
• Minimum payout thresholds may apply

7. Program Changes

Vograce reserves the right to:

• Modify commission rates
• Update program structure
• Adjust campaign incentives

Affiliates will be notified of major changes in advance where possible.

8. Termination

Vograce may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at its sole discretion if:

• Terms are violated
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
• Performance is consistently inactive
